Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order’s journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you.
We ship orders throughout European Union. Countries we ship include: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland , Italy (Mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain (Mainland), UK, Denmark, Austria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Greece.

Shipment to the door
We use couriers to ship our orders: Standard delivery courier by truck and Express delivery courier by air up to 2kg. Orders are delivered to your door at the delivery address you give us. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
Shipping cost vary depending on the destination country and weight. You can see the calucation in you shopping cart after adding the products you like and the country you would like the delivery.
The standard delivery for ‘ready to be shipped’* orders varies from 2 to 8 working days depending on destination country.
The express delivery for ‘ready to be shipped’* orders varies is 1 – 2 working days depending on destination country. Please note that we offer Express delivery service for orders up to 2 kg.
*Our standard timeframe for processing an order from ‘ordered’ to ‘ready to be shipped’ is 10 working days. Anyhow, it is highly possible that your order is processed before the 10-days period. You will receive further information with details on the delivery of your order via email when your order is proceeded to “ready to be shipped”
Returns & Exchanges
Customers have a right to return or exchange a product within 14 working days of delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has a right to return an item if:
1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying Rosey’s mark Online Concept Store within 14 days of delivery,
2. The item has not been used,
3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
4. The item has been repackaged into its original package without breaking it.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of damages and the cost for returning it. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
Our online payments provider is PayPal. We accept debit and credit card Visa and MasterCard (Eurocard), as well as PayPal account payments. Our online service also uses the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code systems, which enable upgraded security for money transactions.

The payment via bank transfer is due within 48 hours. After this period your order will be automatically cancelled.
Cash & carry
We offer cash&cary (pay on delivery) option only for Bulgaria. In this case the price of the ordered goods and the transport fee are paid when the courier arrives at your door.
You can track your order via a code that we will send you when we are confirming that your order is shipped.
