ICE CREAM WITH ROSE AND RASPBERRY JAM
600 g sour cream
290 g (one jar) Rosey’s mark rose&raspberry jam
100 g raspberries
the peel of one lime
- Whip the sour cream till you get smooth cream.
- Add 200 g of the rose & raspberry jam and the lime peel and gently stir.
- In a box or in popsicle moulds, place the cream mixture and decorate with the rest of the jam and mashed fresh raspberries.
- Leave in freezer for at least 4 hours.
