Simple and kids friendly recipe with no sugar
- 18.July.2022
With our more and more numerous rose-flavoured recipes, on this blog we are working hard to show you the wide variety of applications of rose taste in culinary art and home cooking. Some are unexpected and complicated, some are simple by concept and easy to do. Well, today’s recipe idea is not only simple but good for children, too.
Super easy to prepare and with really clean ingredients list, with no sugar, artificial colouring and flavouring, you can save this strawberry and rose milk shake on your favourite homemade children’s recipes and enjoy it yourself all summer long, too. The concept it simple. To achive that kids appealing fruity sweet flavour, we are using Rosey’s Mark rose and strawberry jam prepared with fruit juice instead of sugar. And in addition to the almost all children’s favourite strawberry taste, we are building on taste education by introducing the gentle and floral rose note.
All you need to prepare this floral-fruity milk shake at home is a blender and the following two ingredients:
For a milk shake – 300 ml milk of your choice + 2 tablespoons Rosey’s Mark rose and strawberry jam
For a yogurt shake – 150 g yogurt, 150 ml water, 2 tablespoons Rosey’s Mark rose and strawberry jam
By the way, this milk shake is far from limited for children’s consumption only. A glass like that would refresh your summer days by adding an original and gentle floral touch with our benchmark Bulgarian rose flavoured jams. So, in kid’s company or not, go try that milk shake and share your thoughts about it in a comment bellow or on Instagram.
