As you know, at Rosey’s mark we have chosen to create a world full of flowers. This is true both metaphorically and literally, because Rosey’s mark is the first and only brand specialized in food from Bulgarian oil-bearing rose.

The story
Our story began in 2012 when our attention was caught by the edible qualities of the oil-bearing rose. In that moment we realized that we had identified a new business niche. Full of enthusiasm, we started right away to develop the concept of “Floral gastronomy from Bulgaria”.

Today
Today, 5 years later, we have a clear vision and the confidence that roses have a special place in culinary art and contemporary nutrition, thanks to their distinctive taste and the health benefits they bring when consumed. We already have built a portfolio of 3 product categories: chocolate, jam and tea. In developing each new product we combine Bulgarian tradition and know-how with latest global trends in nutrition. We carefully select the highest quality natural ingredients to bring you one-of-kind, first class rose flavored culinary experience.

What lies ahead
After we have survived the start-up phase, it’s time to scale and grow internationally. But to speed up the process we would need some extra boost. That’s why we have applied to KATANA. That’s why we need your support!

We were selected amongst the top 100 business ideas in the first round and now we are on the final step.
