Today we present something original and fast to prepare and to have instead of nuts together with your aperitif after work. Stuffed dates with cheese and roses!
To be honest, I have planned to try that recipe for quite some time and here it is now, tested and approved. So let’t not waste more time, here the recipe:
- dried dates
- Bulgarian white cheese or goat cheese
- cream cheese
- olive oil
- dried Bulgarian rose petals – edible
How to prepare it
Cut the dates longwise to half and remove the pits (you can save time if you find to buy dates with pits already removed);
In a small bowl mix the white cheese and the cream cheese in proportion 2:1. Add a few drops of olive oil and stir till homogenization of the cheese mousse;
Stuff the dates with the cheese mousse with the help of little spoon;
Sprinkle with rose petals and serve.
